Product Introduction
The detection principle of the water immersion ultrasonic C-scan system is to immerse the ultrasonic probe and the specimen completely or partially in water, use water as a coupling agent, and use ultrasonic waves to enter the specimen through water for detection. Anses water immersion ultrasonic C-scan system is a new generation of digital, modular, PCIE bus structure ultrasonic flaw detection and A/B/C-scan imaging system. It has the characteristics of high speed, high precision, high-definition image resolution, and large bandwidth. Mainly used for non-destructive testing and evaluation of internal delamination, debonding, inclusions, voids, holes and other defects in polymer materials, aircraft fiber composite materials, components, etc. It can be used for laboratory research, as well as for quality inspection and component testing in the production process.

l The core board adopts a PCIE bus structure for ultrasound signal excitation and AD analog-to-digital conversion integrated card, which has high precision and performance, up to 32MHz bandwidth, 14 bit accuracy, and 250M sampling rate.
l Multi axis (4-8 axes) motion control and power amplifier with position encoder.
l A multi axis, multi degree of freedom, high-speed (up to 500mm/s), high-precision (up to 0.05mm position accuracy) water tank or truss scanning system driven by high-performance CNC motors.
l Portable or industrial computer systems and fully functional window software that integrates multi-dimensional contour and surface tracking scanning, flaw detection, analysis, imaging, and evaluation.
