Overview
SWJH-3040 laboratory purification eliminates the harm of acid mist from the source. The acid mist generated during the digestion process is immediately introduced into the spray chamber, where it condenses and neutralizes with the * solution. It then passes through the droplet collection chamber and is adsorbed by activated carbon before being emptied.

Start up and add fluid:
Add a quantitative amount of NaOH solution to the spray chamber using a peristaltic pump.
Heating digestion:
According to the set time and temperature program, control the heating plate to raise temperature, and at the same time activate the spray device to purify the acid mist generated during digestion.
Supplement of spray liquid:
The pH value of the neutralizing solution is measured in real-time by a pH meter. When the value is lower than the set value, the peristaltic pump automatically replenishes NaOH solution to the spray chamber.
Liquid level detection:
The liquid level probe detects the liquid level height in real time. When it is lower than the set value, the peristaltic pump for adding liquid will automatically start. When it exceeds the set value, the peristaltic pump for discharging liquid will automatically start to ensure the stability of the total amount of neutralizing liquid.
Waste liquid discharge:
After the digestion work is completed, the neutralization waste liquid is automatically extracted by the discharge peristaltic pump.
