2 Equipment Structure

3 Control System

3.1 Siemens PLC control system, 10 inch touch screen, built-in 30 pre cleaning programs and 30 custom programs, 30 pre cleaning modes can cover the cleaning needs of most cleaning materials, directly called, convenient and fast.

3.2 It has three-level permission management, RS232 cleaning data printing interface, and audit tracking system functions.

*3.2 The screen automatically enters sleep protection and is manually awakened during operation, displaying real-time parameters such as cleaning program, cleaning stage, time, pipeline pressure data, spray arm speed, etc.

3.3 The equipment can automatically record the operating status of each electrical component throughout the entire cleaning process.

4-cycle system

*The soft start design of the circulation pump has a circulation volume of 0-450L/min, which can be adjusted by frequency conversion according to the requirements in the program; Equipped with pipeline pressure sensors for real-time monitoring of pipeline water pressure.

5 Pipeline System

*5.1 The equipment should use a back water supply method to supply water to the cleaning basket frame. The basket frame adopts a modular design and can be freely interchanged. Each half module can be freely interchanged for flexible use.

5.2 The device can be connected to various water sources such as cold water, hot water, deionized water, etc., with dual inlet and different inlet modes can be set through the program.

5.3 Equipped with dual channel cleaning agent function, pump alkaline cleaning agent and acidic cleaning agent according to program requirements.

5.4 Drawer style cleaning agent with liquid filling design, safe, convenient, and easy to replace.
