Customization can also be made according to user needs

Laboratory flask heating moduleThe main features of the heating module are:

1. The uniformity of the material is good. It can ensure good thermal stability, uniform heating temperature, and high thermal conductivity efficiency.

2. Able to reach the required temperature in the shortest possible time, and the temperature is stable.

3. After 240 hours of continuous operation testing, when the set temperature is reached, it can maintain the set temperature and the temperature fluctuation does not exceed ± 1 ℃.

4. Made of alloy material and specially treated for oxidation resistance, it has strong corrosion resistance.

5. Heating block * avoids the disadvantages of traditional oil bath heating, making it safer, more reliable, and cleaner to use. The heating temperature can reach the maximum temperature that the thermal stirrer can heat. Due to the absence of combustion medium, it will not cause a fire, thus providing a safe experimental environment.

6. It is recommended to perform gradient heating during the use of the heating block to avoid the occurrence of overshoot caused by rapid heating. The usage method is to wait until the temperature of the heating block reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, then place the reaction bottle on the heating block.

7.The heating block is not limited by the shape of the heating stirrer disk, and both square and circular hot stirrers can be used.

8. The heating block can use PT1000 or PT100 temperature sensors, or directly monitor the temperature using a thermometer.
