Gear profile:

1) The side of the gear disc has 60 involute teeth (module 2, diameter of Ø 124mm), suitable for measuring speed sensors such as magneto resistive, magneto electric, and eddy current sensors.

2) The front of the gear plate has circular holes with a diameter of 8mm distributed along the circumference. There are 20 circular holes, 1 circular hole, and 3 fan-shaped holes on each of the three circumferences, which are suitable for measuring magnetic resistance and eddy current speed sensors.

Installation thread: There are a total of 26 probes on the speed gear plate (subject to actual configuration)

Head mounting hole, 7 thread specifications:

  • M10 × 1 threaded hole: Install metric 8mm eddy current sensor;

② 3/8-24 threaded hole: Install BENTLY company's American made 8mm eddy current sensor;

③ M16 × 1 threaded hole: Install various conventional magneto electric speed sensors;

④ M18 × 1.5 threaded hole: Install EPRO PR9376 reluctance speed sensor;

⑤ Ø 11 through-hole: Install various sensors with thread diameters within 11mm;

⑥ Ø 18 through-hole: 1) Install various sensors with thread diameters within 17mm.
