Structural features:

The working principle of Jiade Yihai colloid mill is to achieve material fragmentation through the relative motion of static stators with different geometric shapes and high-speed rotating rotors, which generate high-speed shear and grinding of materials, as well as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortices. The crushing chamber is equipped with three grinding zones, with the first stage being the coarse grinding zone, the second stage being the fine grinding zone, and the third stage being the ultrafine grinding zone. By adjusting the gap between the stator and rotor, the desired ultrafine crushing effect can be effectively achieved (cyclic processing can also be carried out according to different material characteristics or user requirements).
