Small RNA analysis
The LabChip small RNA kit is capable of rapidly isolating and determining various small RNA samples with fragment ranges between 20 and 150 nucleotides (nt), including miRNA, siRNA, piRNA, tRNA, and CRISPR gRNA. This new small RNA analysis method can quickly and automatically analyze the size and relative abundance of small RNA fragments, thereby achieving time and cost savings.
LabChip microfluidic capillary electrophoresis technology can automatically separate and analyze small RNA samples within one minute. The system software automatically analyzes the data and determines the fragment size and concentration of small RNA samples by using internal reference and standard samples (Figure 7).
