Product Description:
1、 Working principle
The float flowmeter with alarm switch utilizes the bistable magnetic excitation function of the magnetron to open and close contacts with the magnetic float. Cooperate with relays and other components to meet the requirements of sound and light alarms.
2、 Functions and Applications
BJ01: Upper limit alarm switch
BJ02: Lower limit alarm switch
The BJ01 and BJ02 alarm switches can emit signals at any flow value, including maximum, intermediate, and minimum. The alarm switch is installed on a sliding guide rail, select the desired position. When the magnetic float reaches or exceeds the switch position, a signal is emitted. At this point, the internal contacts are open or closed.

4、 Precautions
1. During installation, try to stay away from equipment with external magnetic field interference, such as large electric motors.
2. Fluid media must not contain ferromagnetic impurities
3. There should be no vibration inside the pipeline during installation to prevent accidental operation of switch contacts.
