5、 Installation and maintenance
1. Installation requirements
It must be installed vertically (with the large end of the cone facing upwards) to avoid pipeline vibration or backflow.
Filters need to be installed in the pipeline (if the fluid contains impurities).
2. Operating standards
Open the upstream valve to full open, then slowly adjust the downstream valve to control the flow rate.
Close the upstream valve before closing the downstream valve during shutdown.
3. Maintenance suggestions
Regularly clean the cone tube and float to prevent dirt from affecting accuracy.
If the float is stuck, the pipeline needs to be disassembled and cleaned. It is forbidden to strike the glass tube.
