The device consists of basic functional sections such as pre filtration section, high-efficiency filtration section, adsorption section, post filtration section, and fan section.

Designed as a combined ventilation and purification box structure, with a maximum operating pressure of 1350Pa and a pressure resistance capacity of 1500Pa for the box body. The box body, filter placement rack, and adsorber placement rack are all painted with carbon steel, but stainless steel plates are installed at the contact surface between the high-efficiency filter and adsorber on the rack to maintain a flat and smooth sealing surface and form a good sealing surface. The filter and adsorber themselves are equipped with rubber sealing strips. At a test pressure of 1500Pa, the leakage rate of the box is 1% of the rated air volume. The connections between each functional section are all internal flange connections, and the surface of the entire purification box is smooth and even. Each functional segment is a door that can be used for maintenance operations and component replacement; 36 volt airtight lighting fixtures are installed on each functional section, and the fixtures are flush with the top of the chamber.
