LS25-3D rotary plasma flowmeter

Scope of use

The LS25-3D model is a large-scale flowmeter used for high-speed measurement of river channels, pressure pipelines, spillways, dam engineering closures, as well as medium and low-speed measurement of reservoirs, lakes, and general rivers. The LS25-3D flowmeter has a compact structure, flexible rotation, and excellent waterproof and sand proof performance.

Instrument characteristics

The LS25-3D flowmeter has undergone significant improvements based on the LS25-3A. The LS25-3D has redesigned the Mystery Palace, allowing for long-term storage of lubricating oil in the bearing chamber, and greatly increasing its waterproof and sand proof performance, eliminating the need for disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance for a long time. The structural design of the instrument is reasonable, and even during disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance, as long as the assembly sequence of the parts is correct, it can basically work without adjustment. This instrument uses a miniature reed switch imported from the United States, which has a high frequency and long lifespan during use. It is equipped with a device for one signal per rotation or two signals per rotation, which users can choose from. The signal can be received using our company's HR-2 measuring instrument (main supporting instrument) and 4 type counter. When the flow rate is less than 6 meters per second, a universal measuring instrument can be used, and when the flow rate is lower, an audio device can be used.
