LH45X carbon steel micro resistance flow limiting check valveIt is a multifunctional valve installed at the outlet of a water pump, mainly used in systems where multiple pumps are connected in parallel and flow is regulated by changing the number of operating units. Its core function is to limit the flow rate of the water pump, stabilize the working head, and have a micro resistance slow closing check function, which can effectively ensure the efficient operation of the water pump and prevent motor overload. It is suitable for working environments with medium temperatures ranging from 0 to 150 ℃.
Efficient operation guaranteeBy setting and controlling the working head, when the actual head of the water pump is lower than the set value, the valve automatically closes to increase resistance and improve the actual head; When the actual head is higher than the set value, the valve is fully opened with minimal resistance, ensuring that the water pump always operates in the high-efficiency zone, avoiding low head, high flow, and low efficiency operating conditions.
Overload protection mechanismWhen starting a single pump or operating a non full design pump, limit the flow rate of the water pump to prevent the motor from burning out due to overload and exceeding the rated current. This is especially suitable for switching from multiple pump operation to single pump operation in a multi pump parallel system (such as automatically closing the valve to reduce the flow rate when the operating condition changes from C to B).
The check performance of this valve is equivalent to that of a micro resistance slow closing check valve, with the characteristics of no noise and zero backflow when closing, which can effectively prevent water hammer during pump shutdown and ensure system safety and stability.
The control head can be set according to the rated current of the motor or the high-efficiency working condition of the water pump. The default setting at the factory is the design working condition head (usually 0.1MPa), and the adjustable range is 0.1-0.6MPa.

Installation methodThe LH45X flow limiting check valve can be installed horizontally or vertically.
Adjust the liftWhen the required head is greater than 0.1MPa, first open the four-way valve counterclockwise, and then gradually close the pressure regulating valve clockwise. During the closing process, the outlet pressure will gradually increase until the outlet pressure reaches the required head, which completes the initial adjustment. Repeat the opening and closing of the water pump 2-3 times, run for 3-5 minutes each time, and the outlet pressure will remain unchanged to complete the debugging work.
regular inspectionDepending on the water quality, the outlet pressure value should be checked regularly. When the outlet pressure is lower than the set value, the filter should be opened to remove dirt.
Cleaning and maintenanceRegularly clean and maintain the valve to ensure that the inside and outside of the valve are clean and there is no accumulation of dirt.
Check the sealing performanceRegularly check the sealing performance of the valve to ensure there is no leakage.
