Working principle

As a positive displacement fan, the working principle of LGSR Roots blower is that the impeller of the Roots blower rotates towards each other in the space sealed by the casing and wall panel. Due to the extremely small gap between the impeller and the impeller, the impeller and the casing, and the impeller and the wall panel, a vacuum state is formed at the inlet. Air enters the inlet chamber under the action of atmospheric pressure. Then, two of the blades of each impeller form a sealed chamber with the wall panel and the casing. During the rotation of the impeller, the air in the inlet chamber is continuously brought to the exhaust chamber by the sealed chamber formed by the two blades. Because the impellers in the exhaust chamber are interlocked, the air between the two blades is squeezed out. This continuous operation allows the air to circulate continuously. Continuously delivering from the inlet to the outlet. The internal cavity of the fan does not require lubricating oil, with a simple structure, smooth operation, stable performance, and adaptability to various uses.
