A two-stage three bladed Roots blower is a device composed of two three bladed Roots blowers connected in series. The working principle is that there are two three bladed rotors with opposite directions inside each fan case. Each three bladed rotor is supported by two bearings and a pair of high-precision synchronous gears are used to maintain the relative position of the two rotors. There is a certain gap between the three bladed rotors and between the rotor and the fan case, and they rotate without contact. The rotor is driven by the synchronous gear of the fan side box, and with the help of the meshing of the two rotors, the inlet and outlet are separated from each other, completing the process of transferring the sealed gas between the box and the rotor from the suction side to the discharge side. During the rotation process, the working chamber is compressed without internal compression. Gas moves from the inlet to the outlet. There are slight gaps between the rotors of the fan, the rotor and the box, and the rotor and the wall panel, so the friction in the working chamber of the fan is very small, and there is basically no contact wear part.
