The LFX-A type splitter rotor steam flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as the flowmeter) is a mechanical pointer instrument mainly used to measure the flow rate of saturated steam and superheated steam with relatively low superheat in industrial production processes. This flowmeter has a simple structure, is stable and reliable, has low pressure loss, and is directly installed on the measured steam pipeline to measure the cumulative mass (weight) of steam. This flowmeter is an innovative product of the prototype steam flowmeter. Due to the use of a new structure of planetary transmission to adjust the pressure compensation scale, the scale interval of the pressure compensation dial is widened, which enables the compensation of trace pressure changes and ensures the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. Due to the use of counters and single needle measurement, the display method simplifies the structure of the header and makes the measurement display more prominent. Due to the relocation of the deceleration mechanism outside the damping chamber, the failure rate has been reduced.

working principle:
