Fluorinated alumina enters this system through a pneumatic chute. First enter the slag removal device. The material is here for slag removal. The slag removal situation can be observed through the window, and the slag is discharged through the slag discharge port. After slag discharge, the material is fed by a feeder and measured by a plate flow meter before entering the aggregate box. The flow meter displays the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate. The flow rate can be set through a flow regulator according to actual production needs, and the feeder can be automatically adjusted or quantitatively controlled. When the aggregate bin is empty, the level switch controls the feeder to automatically open. When the material accumulates to the feeding level, the level switch controls the feeder to close. Due to the intermittent feeding process of fluorinated alumina, pneumatic loosening devices are installed at the inlet and outlet of this system to prevent material deposition and ensure smooth material entry and exit. The gas is drawn out from the exhaust port.

The multifunctional LFD-XXX-F series metering control and processing system is designed specifically for the metering of concentrated phase pneumatic conveying of fluorinated alumina in electrolytic aluminum purification systems. Different types of punch flow meters are selected according to the flow rate.

l、 This system has a slag removal function to ensure smooth flow of the chute channel. By controlling, monitoring and alerting for blockages and shortages can be implemented to prevent equipment from running idle and causing resource waste.
2. On site, there are instantaneous and cumulative flow rates, and flow control can be set and adjusted according to actual production needs. It can also be quantitatively controlled to achieve remote operation in the control room.
3. The aggregate box is equipped with upper and lower level gauges for controlling the material level inside the aggregate box. Always ensure that there is material in the aggregate box.
4. This system is equipped with gas loosening devices at the upper and lower discharge ports to prevent blockages caused by prolonged material deposition, which are periodically loosened.
5. During calibration and maintenance of this system, the flow regulator box door does not need to be opened. It can be operated manually to prevent dust from entering and causing damage to the instrument.
6. This system is equipped with multiple windows, which can observe the operation of materials in the system at any time, in order to discover problems and solve them in a timely manner.
7. When the pipeline is completely sealed, it can measure oxidizing and reducing substances in a completely isolated dust pollution state from the atmosphere, and prevent environmental pollution.
