Introduction
This machine is used for valve bag packaging of all powdered granular materials with a specific gravity of ≥ 0.2T/m3, ensuring high packaging accuracy for granular powders and ultrafine powders with high gas content.
This packaging machine is a result of the Torch Plan project in Jiangsu Province, and has won awards such as Jiangsu High tech Product, National Key New Product, and China International Patent and Brand Expo Gold Award. This packaging machine has overcome the long-standing packaging challenges in the viscous powder industry, such as titanium dioxide, and replaced imported equipment. It is also suitable for valve pocket packaging of other powders with low gas content. This device has the advantages of stable performance, high accuracy, no material dropping from the valve port, no dust, and full and beautiful packaging bags.

1. The use of spiral variable speed feeding solves the problem of packaging accuracy and speed constraints.
2. The breakthrough adoption of vibration and measurement integrated devices in China has solved the problem of packaging viscous powders, reduced packaging volume, lowered packaging costs, and made packaging more aesthetically pleasing.
3. The new discharge port device effectively seals the inner and outer sleeves, ensuring packaging accuracy. On the other hand, the discharge port is equipped with an air blowing device and a closing device inside the discharge pocket, ensuring that there is no residual material falling off at the discharge port after the packaging bag exits, achieving clean production.

1. The bag holder adopts an automatic lifting type, which makes the packaging fuller;
2. The feeding of the packaging machine is controlled by a servo system, and the feeding speed is intelligently controlled according to the weight of the packaging. The packaging accuracy is high and the packaging speed is fast;
3. The discharge port has been changed to a sealed bag with good sealing effect and no dust during the packaging process;
4. The automatic bag unloading device of the packaging machine adopts a servo system, which coordinates the bag pushing speed with the conveyor speed, and the shape of the packaging material is neat (used for automatic packaging lines);
5. Add a triple mixing mechanism to achieve uniform material density and improve packaging accuracy;
