Overview

LCD display glass rotor flowmeter is a type of glass rotor flowmeter, mainly used in the LZB series remote transmission rotor flowmeter for chemical, petroleum, light industry, medicine, fertilizer, synthetic fiber, food, dye, environmental protection and scientific research. The measuring tube material includes PC and high borosilicate glass. PC material is suitable for non corrosive and non solvent media, with a working pressure of 4.0MPa. High boric acid glass is used for corrosive media, with a pressure resistance equal to G/R/F.

Product Details

Overview:LCD display glass rotor flowmeterThere are two types of measuring tube materials: PC and high borosilicate glass. PC material is suitable for non corrosive and non solvent media, with a working pressure of 4.0MPa. This remote rotor flowmeter can be connected with threads, hoses, flanges, sanitary clamps, etc. This series of products has the advantages of small size, lightweight structure, beautiful appearance, easy maintenance, safety and reliability, simple installation, high measurement accuracy, low pressure loss, and good repeatability.

Install

1. Before installation, technical parameters such as measurement range, accuracy level, rated pressure, and temperature parameters should be checked to ensure they meet the usage requirements;

2. Before installing the flowmeter, the measuring edge of the float should be carefully checked for damage. For flowmeters with guide rods, the filling material that prevents the float from shaking during transportation should be removed, and the cone tube should be checked for damage. The float should be able to move freely up and down to ensure that it is normal before installation.

3. The flowmeter should be installed in a vertical position (with an angle of ≤ 5 ° between the centerline of the flowmeter and the plumb line) and have reliable support, and should not be subjected to any tension or pressure from the pipeline. When installing a new pipeline, the pipeline should be flushed clean before installing a flow meter. The measured fluid enters and exits from the lower end of the flowmeter. Attention: Do not hold any flow meter in your hand for use!

4. The upper end (inlet end) of the flowmeter should have a straight pipe section of 5-10 times the nominal diameter, and it is strongly recommended to install a bypass pipeline next to the flowmeter.

5. Large particles of dirt should not be mixed in the measured fluid, otherwise it may cause the float to get stuck or block the flow meter passage. If necessary, a filter should be installed upstream of the flow meter.

6. The measured fluid pressure must be stable. Unstable fluid pressure can cause float fluctuations and inaccurate measurement. A buffer or setting device should be installed upstream of the flowmeter.

7. There is backflow in the pipeline, especially due to water hammer. To prevent damage to the flowmeter, a one-way check valve should be installed after the downstream valve of the flowmeter.

8. If the measured liquid contains bubbles, an exhaust port should be installed upstream of the flowmeter.

use

1. The valve upstream of the flowmeter should be slowly opened to prevent the float from suddenly rising and damaging the glass tube. Then, the downstream regulating valve should be used to adjust the flow rate. When stopping the work, the upstream valve should be closed first, and then the downstream regulating valve should be closed. Suggest wrapping a metal mesh around the flowmeter to enhance safety protection.

2. Avoid sudden temperature changes in the fluid being tested.

3. If leakage is found in the flowmeter during use, it is usually due to the failure of the sealing ring and should be replaced.

4. When the cone tube and float are contaminated, they should be cleaned in a timely manner.

5. Regularly check the error of the flowmeter. Once it exceeds the specified error, the float and cone tube should be replaced or recalibrated.

6. When the measured fluid and state (temperature, pressure) are different from the scale and state on the flowmeter, the displayed value must be corrected according to the measured fluid and state (including density, temperature, pressure, etc.) in order to obtain the correct flow rate.

7. To achieve accurate measurement accuracy, it is recommended that the commonly used flow rate of the measured fluid should be at least 60% of the calibrated flow rate of the rotor flowmeter.

8. Corrosion resistant series flow meters should be selected for measuring corrosive fluids.

9. Remote type flow meters are strictly prohibited from opening the cover with electricity.
