Product Introduction: The LBZ-LH fully automatic paper bowl jacket machine is a supporting equipment for the LBZ-LA LBZ-LC fully automatic paper bowl forming machine. It has advanced technology, reasonable design, and functions such as automatic paper feeding, sealing, glue throwing, fault alarm, and counting. The LBZ-LH fully automatic paper bowl jacket machine is mainly used for producing jackets for paper bowls (such as those for Kangshifu and Uni President instant noodle bowls), as well as cone-shaped jackets for other purposes. There are two forms of paper bowl jacket machines: straight wrap jacket machines and hollow jacket machines. Direct wrapping machine: refers to a machine where the outer layer is directly wrapped around a white paper bowl, with no gap between the inner bowl and the outer layer. Hollow jacket machine: refers to a machine with a gap between the outer jacket layer and the inner bowl, and a rolled bottom at the bottom of the outer jacket layer, which is more heat-resistant than a straight package. Coat paper bowl (double-layer paper bowl) is used for hot food (instant noodles, etc.).
