Product introduction LBZ-LB double-sided coated paper cup machine is a multi station automatic forming machine. It is an ideal equipment for producing paper beverage cups, tea cups, coffee cups, advertising paper cups, ice cream paper cups or other food cone table descriptors through automatic paper feeding, sealing (bonding the cup wall), oil filling, bottom filling, heating, knurling, curling and other continuous processes, as well as photoelectric detection, fault alarm, counting and other functions. The LBZ-LB double-sided coated paper cup machine uses an ultrasonic system to bond the cup walls of paper cups based on LBZ-LA. The LBZ-LB double-sided coated paper cup forming machine makes up for the shortcomings of the LBZ-LA single-sided coated paper cup forming machine (the single-sided coated paper cup machine can only produce single-sided PE coated paper cups, while the LBZ-LB double-sided coated paper cup machine can simultaneously produce single-sided PE coated paper cups and double-sided PE coated paper cups). The difference between single PE coated paper cups and double-sided PE coated paper cups: Single PE coated paper cups are commonly used in China and have lower costs. Double sided PE coated paper cups are mainly used in high-end paper cups, as well as high-end advertising paper cups used by companies and enterprises, with higher costs than single-sided PE coated paper cups.

Function description and partial molding process:

  • Adopting stepless variable frequency speed regulation (easy adjustment of production speed),

  • Design and manufacture molds according to customer requirements, and produce paper cups of various sizes and specifications by exchanging molds, achieving multiple products per machine.
  • 1. Automatically process the printed fan-shaped paper sheet (unfolded shape of the cup) into a paper cup shape.
  • 2. Use ultrasonic waves to bond the cup walls of paper cups (more hygienic and environmentally friendly).
  • 3. The bottom of the paper cup is made of roll paper, which is automatically fed and punched.
  • 4. Bonding of cup body and cup bottom: Hot air blowing bonding.
  • 5. Rolling: When bonding the bottom of a paper cup, a layer of imprint is rolled through mechanical motion.
  • 6. Curling: The curled edge of the mouth of a paper cup is formed.
