2.Machine working principle：

In theory, the zero drop testing machine can perform drop tests from zero height to the maximum drop height range.

The zero drop test bench adopts a plate type double guide rail guidance and electric lifting system. The drop height can be freely set through the touch screen, enabling edge, surface, and corner drop tests. 3.Can meet the following technical requirements:

1. The impact table is a horizontal plane that does not move or deform during the test

a. For the entire object, the mass should be at least twice the mass of the test sample;

b. There should be a sufficiently large area to ensure that the test sample falls on the impact table;

c. The horizontal height difference between any two points on the impact table shall not exceed 2mm

d. When subjected to a static load of 10kg on any 100mm2 area of the impact surface, its deformation shall not exceed 0.1mm

2. The lifting device should not damage the test sample during the lifting or lowering process.

3. The supporting device for the test sample should be able to keep the test sample in the required predetermined state before release.

4. During the process of releasing the test sample, the release device should ensure that the test sample does not touch any parts of the device, ensuring its free fall.
