1、 Product Introduction
KHF-100Karl Fischer Furnace Sample ProcessorAdopting an empty core injection needle design, one operation can achieve both carrier gas input and water vapor output. At the same time, due to the new gas path design, the transmission of water vapor can be achieved with a very small flow rate. Each injection only requires the replacement of the sample bottle for easy operation, without waiting for the sample bottle to cool down before replacing the bottle cap. The detection accuracy can reach ppm level, which is very suitable for industries such as lithium batteries, plastic particles, and petrochemicals that have high requirements for moisture detection.

2、 Product Features

1. Hollow core gas needle injection and gas delivery pipeline with heating function, without dead volume or condensation of water vapor, simplify operation, and greatly improve the accuracy and repeatability of the instrument;
2. There are 5 built-in methods to choose from, 8 calculation formulas for convenient sample testing, and customized sample units such as%, ppm, mg/kg, etc., making the result units more user-friendly;
3. The temperature can reach 300 ℃, which can meet the detection requirements of most samples. The airflow can be adjusted from 0-100ml, suitable for samples with various water release rates;
4. There is no need to wait for the previous sample bottle to cool down before proceeding to the next sample measurement. During the process of replacing the sample bottle, the sample bottle always remains sealed, resulting in higher and more accurate measurement efficiency. Especially for samples with strong moisture absorption, there is no need to worry about the interference of moisture in the air.
5. Headspace sampling technology allows only gas to enter the reaction cup of the moisture analyzer without contaminating the reaction cup and electrolysis electrode;

Lithium battery material materials: lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel oxide, carbon composite lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries, lithium titanium oxide and its composite negative electrode material for lithium-ion batteries, nano lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese oxide, nickel cobalt manganese oxide, lithium titanium oxide, lithium iron phosphate, nickel cobalt aluminum oxide, nickel cobalt aluminum three element composite hydroxide, lithium hexafluorophosphate, lithium hexafluorophosphate, lithium hexafluorophosphate electrolyte, graphite negative electrode material, lithium battery membrane, electrode sheet and other lithium battery materials for moisture detection.

Other substances that are insoluble or have side reactions with Karl Fischer reagent: ores, carbonates and metal oxides, carbon powder, petrochemical products containing additives (engine oil, lubricants and greases), raw materials for pharmaceuticals, freeze-dried powder samples, leather, sealants, etc.
