Scope of application:
The 24 sample vertical rapid intelligent sulfur analyzer is designed using the Coulomb titration principle and is suitable for detecting the total sulfur content in combustible substances such as coal, coke, petroleum, and solid biomass fuels, as well as the SO3 content in cement.
Performance characteristics:
Adopting the modular design concept, the integrated rotary automatic sample delivery mechanism, vertical high-temperature cracking furnace, electrolytic cell, agitator, air purifier and other system components are assembled in one box. The concept is innovative and the structure is clever, making the instrument easy to maintain and debug, and the appearance is beautiful and elegant.
Although the instrument does not have a built-in electronic balance, it requires the laboratory technician to manually weigh the sample. But the automatic input of sample weight can be achieved by pressing the button when weighing the sample through an external electronic balance. The entire testing process after sample installation can be unmanned and automatically completed by the instrument: fully automatic continuous sample delivery, fully automatic coulombic measurement, fully automatic control of function switches, and automatic storage of test results in the database.
The new constant current source electrolysis method is implemented by the program for Coulomb titration integral calculation. The program comes with a dedicated overall coefficient calculator, and system errors are corrected by the software itself. The test results are better than the national standard, with good repeatability and high accuracy.
The system design has a dedicated fault detection task program. When the instrument is working, it will monitor the various functional components of the system in real time and have the function of fault diagnosis, alarm and prompt. In addition, there is a powerful debugging menu that facilitates the diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults.
The microcomputer testing software supports Windows XP and above platforms, with high system stability. The human-computer interaction interface is user-friendly and easy for operators to learn and use. Can be connected to the internet to achieve remote data sharing, facilitating data sharing management.
The hardware of the control system adopts the American ARM series microcontroller, and the control software is written under the multitasking operating system UC/OS-II, ensuring stable and reliable instrument performance and strong anti-interference ability.
