Purpose:KYN61-40.5 armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kV power systems. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, railway transportation, and high-rise buildings for receiving and distributing electrical energy, and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. It meets the requirements of IEC60298, GB3906, DL-T404 and other standards, and has the "five prevention" function.
Structural features:1. Using solid insulation materials and epoxy coating insulation methods to optimize the electrode shape, make the cabinet structure compact, and reduce the footprint; 2. The cabinet is made of aluminum zinc coated or high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, which is formed by CNC sheet metal processing and connected by high-strength bolts, nuts, and rivet nuts. The surface of the components is sprayed or galvanized; 3. It can be equipped with domestically produced ZN85-40.5 (3AV3) vacuum circuit breakers and French Schneider SF series and Alstom FP series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers, which can meet the requirements of different users; 4. More than 300 switch cabinets are in operation; 5. Each functional compartment of the switchgear is sealed with metal partitions and equipped with independent pressure release channels; 6. Circuit breakers, grounding switches, and other operations can be performed with the high-voltage chamber door closed to achieve the closing operation; 7. The switchgear has a complete structure and can achieve 198 main wiring schemes.
