4、 Precautions
1. Before measuring the no-load tap changer of the transformer, it must be reset. After the discharge is completed, the alarm sound should stop before switching the tap changer.
When measuring the resistance on the high voltage side of a transformer with on load voltage regulation, start measuring from the 1 or 17 resistance range.
Before disconnecting, be sure to wait until the discharge is complete and the alarm stops before proceeding with the disconnection.4. When selecting the current, refer to the range in the technical specifications column and do not use it beyond or below the range. When the current exceeds the preset value, even if the test is forcibly continued, the stability of the results is poor. When the range is insufficient, the current is too small, resulting in unstable data for large capacity transformers. When these two states occur, confirm the range and select the appropriate range for testing.
5. The test data is unstable or has significant errors,In this situation, first check the test line for loose connections or loose connections. If it still cannot be resolved, check if the test sample is corroded.
