Its core structure includes a 316L stainless steel measuring tube, a spring-loaded float (with built-in permanent magnet and inner orifice plate), a magnetically controlled dry spring switch unit, and a scale pointer. It uses magnetic coupling drive to achieve direct flow reading, with medium and electrical isolation, and a protection level of IP67.

In terms of working principle, the fluid pushes the float to rise and fall against the force of the spring, and the position of the float corresponds linearly with the flow rate.
