Structure and Working Principle

Adopting a precision external meshing gear structure, the measurement chamber is equipped with a pair of high-precision gears. The fluid drives the gears to rotate without contact, and a fixed volume of medium is discharged per rotation (with a constant displacement per rotation). The gear rotation is detected by a dual channel non-contact sensor, with each tooth corresponding to a pulse signal, which is pre amplified and converted into a square wave/analog signal to achieve instantaneous flow rate+cumulative flow rate+flow direction recognition.
