1、 Overview:


This system is a test coke oven between a 200kg semi industrial test coke oven and laboratory 7kg and 20kg small coke ovens.

The automatic control system of TH-401 (side mounted) and TH-402 (bottom mounted) 40kg experimental coking furnace not only retains the advantages of 200kg coke oven, but also overcomes its shortcomings of large coal sample volume, long coking cycle, and high labor intensity. It is an upgraded product of 200kg coke oven. At the same time, it also overcomes the shortcomings of narrow furnace width and small coke sample volume in laboratory 7kg and 20kg small coke ovens. It can load more than 40kg of coal at once and achieve coke identification similar to industrial coke ovens using a 1/3 meter Kum drum (which is difficult for 7kg and 20kg coke ovens to achieve).specialThe structural design and the use of three balanced loads are controlled by microcomputer intelligent control instruments to achieve precise temperature control on both sides of the furnace walls, ensuring a good correlation between coking results and the production of coke ovens. The coke strength index has good intuitiveness and can be used to measure both M40 and M10, as well as M25 and M10. The reproducibility of the experimental results is good.
