Overview

The K522 hydrogen purity analyzer is a "non display" instrument. The standard configuration of K522 consists of electronic modules, sensors, sample chambers, and increased safety junction boxes. This instrument provides 4-20mA output and RS232 communication. Various configuration parameters of the K522 OEM analyzer, such as detection gas, background gas, detection range, analog output, etc., can be set through software. Calibration and real-time readings of the process can also be recorded through software.

Requirements for sample gas

The standard configuration of this instrument does not include a sampling system and a sampling chamber. The sample gas must not agglomerate and will not cause corrosion when passing parallel to the sensor sintering surface (i.e. not directly facing the sintering surface).

Gas detection and its range: 0-5% hydrogen in nitrogen or argon or hydrogen in oxygen, 0-10% hydrogen in nitrogen or argon or hydrogen in oxygen, 0-30% hydrogen in nitrogen or argon or hydrogen in oxygen, 0-100% hydrogen in nitrogen or argon or hydrogen in oxygen, 95-100% hydrogen in nitrogen or argon or hydrogen in oxygen, 0-100% helium in nitrogen or helium in argon or hydrogen in oxygen, 75-100% nitrogen or hydrogen in oxygen, and 0-100% nitrogen in nitrous oxide.Other ranges and gases can also be used. Sample gas pressure: Working pressure: 1 atmosphere+/-100mbar, maximum absolute pressure range: 0-10bar.

Sample gas flow rate: When configuring the sample gas chamber provided by Hitech, the recommended flow rate is 100 ml/min -300 ml/min.

user interface

RS232 interface: special rate: 9600, with hardware flow control (CTS/RTS). ASCII protocol. Randomly provide PC terminal software for controlling and configuring K522 instrument, part number 290-7022.

MA output: 4-20 mA analog output corresponding to the gas range, which can be selected through the interface software using simple ASCII commands.
