G1010 G1010R G1010TxX Oxygen AnalyzerAll use primary batteries as the main components, which can detect oxygen levels ranging from 100% to 0.1 ppm in various gases. The instrument is controlled by a microprocessor, providing high-quality and diverse functions. There are several specific models of G1010, such as G1010R, G1010X, G1010Tx, and G1010TxX.
There are also various series of gas analyzers available, including oxygen analyzers G250, G810, Z110, Z1400, Z4010, Z230, Z1030, hydrogen analyzers K1550, K850, K6050, hydrogen oxygen analyzers KG850, KG6050, and chlorine hydrogen analyzer KK650. G1010 has two alarm channels, which can be programmed by users as high, low, or off. Each alarm provides a set of power-off conversion contacts, which can be set to any concentration value within the instrument range.
When placing an order, the programmable analog output can be set to 0-5V or 4-20mA.
G1010 can provide several different types of sensors, allowing the analyzer to operate well in various application environments. This includes sensors that can be used in the presence of high concentrations of slightly acidic gases such as CO2 and H2S.
Remote sensor type G1010R can also be provided, so that the control/display module can be separated from the sensor by several hundred meters. Depending on the distance between them and the concentration to be detected, sensors can be directly connected to the display module or connected with a built-in two-wire transmitter, such as G1010X and G1010TxX.
Due to the fact that sensors belong to the "simple equipment" category defined by the European standard EN50020, remote sensors can be installed in hazardous areas. However, a suitable Zener safety barrier or isolation barrier must be installed between the sensor component and the control/display module.
