Jiayi Electronics 200 ton wireless dynamometerIt is an instrument for measuring force using a digital display verification measuring instrument that has been introduced with new technology. Our digital measuring instruments and force gauges can be used for the calibration of force measurement tools such as micrometers and depth micrometers, indicator measuring tools such as dial gauges, micrometers, lever gauges, inner diameter gauges, torsion spring gauges, and micrometers, as well as optical instruments such as optical meters and Ukrainian interferometers. This digital measuring instrument has the characteristics of high accuracy, wide range of use, reliable structure, and easy operation.
Usage:
1. Verification of outer diameter gauge and optical instrument force measurement:
Insert the inspected gauges (dial gauge, micrometer, torsion spring gauge, micrometer, lever gauge) and optical instruments (optical tube, interferometer tube) into the corresponding holes of the hexagonal clamping plate (9), and tighten them with screws. Rotate the cross arm and hexagonal clamping plate to align the measuring head of the tested instrument with the plane position of the force plate (10) of the instrument. Rotate the lifting nut (5) on the column to bring the tested instrument close to the plane position of the contact force plate (10), then tighten the positioning screw (4), the cross arm directional screw (6), and the hexagonal clamping plate fastening nut (12). Turn on the power switch ⑵, press the reset button ⑴ to reset the number on the display window ⑶ to zero. Rotate the fine adjustment device (8), lower the hexagonal clamping plate, and make the measuring head of the tested instrument contact the plane of the instrument force plate (10). Continue to adjust the fine adjustment device to measure the force on the forward and backward stroke of the tested instrument.
2. Verification of inner diameter gauge force measurement:
Place the inner diameter gauge rod under inspection into the V-shaped groove of the hexagonal clamping plate, adjust the position of the gauge rod, align the movable measuring head with the force plate of the instrument, and press it tightly with the corresponding pressure plate. Turn on the power switch and press the reset button to reset the display screen to zero. Rotate the cross arm and hexagonal clamping plate to align the movable measuring head of the inspected inner diameter gauge with the plane position of the force plate. Rotate the lifting nut on the column to lock the positioning screw, cross arm orientation screw, and hexagonal clamping plate nut when the inspected gauge approaches the plane of the force plate. Rotate the fine adjustment device, lower the hexagonal clamping plate, and make the movable measuring head of the inspected inner diameter gauge contact the plane of the instrument's force plate. Continue to adjust and fine tune the device to measure the force of the inner diameter gauge being inspected.
3. Verification of force measurement with micrometer:
Place the inspected micrometers (outer diameter micrometer, normal line micrometer, digital micrometer, depth micrometer, internal micrometer, etc.) into the corresponding position of the hexagonal clamping plate (see schematic diagram) and lock it. Turn on the power switch and press the reset button to reset the display window to zero. Rotate the cross arm and hexagonal clamping plate to align the movable measuring rod of the tested micrometer with the position of the steel ball on the force plate. Rotate the lifting nut on the column to lock the positioning screw, cross arm orientation screw, and hexagonal clamping plate fastening nut when the tested micrometer comes into contact with the steel ball on the force plate. Rotate the force measuring device of the micrometer so that the movable measuring rod of the micrometer comes into contact with the spherical surface of the force plate. When the ratchet makes a slipping sound, the value displayed on the instrument screen is the force measured by the micrometer at this time.
4. Other measuring instruments can be clamped according to the schematic diagram and used according to the previous measuring instrument force calibration method.
Zero position adjustment of digital measuring instrument dynamometer:
During the use of this instrument, if it is found that the display screen does not return to zero or displays "Err The phenomenon of 'on'. You can first press the power on reset button. If it doesn't work, you can directly adjust the zero position adjustable resistor ⑾ in the small hole at the back of the instrument to make it appear zero after power on.
Adjustment of indication error of digital measuring instrument and dynamometer:
During the calibration process, if it is found that the displayed value exceeds the tolerance. The indication error in the small hole at the back of the instrument can be adjusted by the adjustable resistor ⑾ to reach the indication error range.
