1. Core parameters for hardness testing

This series is compatible with multiple types of hardness testing, including Rockwell, surface Rockwell, Brinell hardness testing, and plastic hardness testing, and complies with standards such as JIS B 7726, ISO 6508-2, ASTM E18, etc,
It can also meet the plastic testing requirements of ASTM D785 and ISO 2039-2. The initial test force is fixed at two specifications of 29.42N (3kgf) and 98.07N (10kgf), and the loading method is automatically controlled by the control unit, which can complete the full process automation operation of loading, holding, and unloading.
The Rockwell hardness testing force has three levels: 588.4N (60kgf), 980.7N (100kgf), and 1471N (150kgf); The surface Rockwell hardness test force is divided into three levels: 147.1N (15kgf), 294.2N (30kgf), and 441.3N (45kgf);
The Brinell hardness test force covers 10 different specifications, from 61.29N (6.25kgf) to 1839N (187.5kgf), to meet the testing needs of different materials and hardness ranges. 2. Sample adaptation parameters

The sample depth of both models is 150mm, and the load-bearing capacity is uniformly 20kg. The sample height of HR-530 is 250mm, while that of HR-530L is increased to 395mm, suitable for measuring large workpieces.
This series can carry out hardness testing on the inner wall of the ring. The conventional minimum suitable inner diameter is 34mm. When using an optional 5mm diamond indenter, the minimum suitable inner diameter can be reduced to 22mm.
Paired with a pointed pressure head shaft, it can test the flat surface of workpieces and adapt to the inner wall detection of cylindrical workpieces. At the same time, it has a surface compensation function, which can easily complete hardness testing of curved workpieces such as round bars and spheres without additional complex operations.
Standard configuration includes 1/16 inch tungsten carbide ball indenter and diamond indenter, as well as flat anvil and V-shaped anvil to meet the testing needs of different shaped specimens.
