Absolute encoding, power-off position memory
As a single turn absolute encoder, each turn corresponds to a digital code, and there is no need to return to zero after power failure. The current position is read immediately after power on, greatly simplifying the control system process and avoiding the time-consuming and erroneous return to the origin. It is suitable for long-term operation of equipment.
Ultra high resolution, high precision
The resolution reaches 20 bits (1048576 steps/revolution), the angular resolution is about 1.24 arcseconds, and the repetition accuracy is ≤± 5 arcseconds, which can meet the sub arcsecond level precision control requirements of machine tools, semiconductor equipment, and other devices.
