Direct acting 2-3 way solenoid valve for dry air (multi-purpose fluid valve)

High durability direct acting solenoid valve suitable for dry air from atmospheric dew point -60 ℃ to inert gases such as nitrogen.

High durability

Based on the rectification of coils and anti wear measures for sliding parts, high durability can be achieved even for dry air and inert gases.


The valve body material (brass, stainless steel) and seal material (nitrile rubber, fluororubber, EPDM) can be selected.

Regarding continuous power on

When continuously energizing (using) a three-way valve through NO side pressurization, please use the NO pressurization type.

In addition, please use fluororubber seals for continuous power on of universal and NC pressurized types.

Regarding leakage current from other control components

When driving solenoid valves through PLC or other means, please confirm that the output leakage current of the PLC is present in each machine

Within the specification range of the species. Otherwise, it may lead to misoperation.

1. Manual operation method

When using a manual device, please follow the following instructions.

<NC (open when powered on) type>

Opening operation: Insert a screwdriver into the groove of manual shaft one and turn it to the right or left

After rotating about 120 °, the moving iron core rises and becomes open (when using a three-way valve)

The NC valve side is open, and the NO valve side is closed.

Even if the drive is removed, it remains open.

Please make sure to return to the original position after use.

Closing operation: Rotate the manual shaft from the open position, and after the groove returns to the vertical position,

The moving iron core descends to a closed state (when the three-way valve is closed, the NC side valve seat is closed,

The NO side valve seat is open. (Refer to the following figure)
