3. The equipment capability (bending force) can ensure the ability to bend intergranular corrosion samples of austenitic stainless steel with a thickness of 10 millimeters and a width of 25 millimeters;
4. Using electric mechanical loading method, with three loading speeds, standard: 60mm/minute (standard arbitration test speed); Low speed: 110mm/minute; High speed: 165mm/minute.
5. The upper mold (indenter) is made of high-strength alloy, which can meet various specifications such as 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 millimeters.
6. The lower mold is made of high-strength alloy. The two sides of the bend adopt a roller structure. The spacing between bends can be automatically adjusted according to the sample size and test requirements, and there are scale indications.
