GGH-1 UV curing machine

Inlaying is a very important step in the preparation process of metallographic specimens, especially for small and difficult to handle samples, irregularly shaped samples that require edge protection, or samples that require automatic grinding and polishing. Inlaying of specimens is an essential process. GGH-1 is a sample cold embedding machine that uses UV light source to rapidly cure resin. Pour the resin into a specific cold inlay mold and place it in the working chamber. It only takes 60 seconds to obtain a completely transparent inlay sample. Quick sample preparation, no bubbles, can meet the needs of high-quality sample preparation.
