1、 Safety regulations and intended use

  1. Safety Warning

  1. Installation Process

    • Installation method: 96 × 96 mm standard DIN rail or panel installation, with installation depth adapted to the control cabinet space.

4、 Operation and parameter settings

  1. Panel operation (default password 300)

    • Enter settings: Long press the PGM key for 2 seconds, enter the password to enter the configuration menu, and set signal type, range, control parameters, alarm threshold, etc.

    • Control mode switching: Switch between manual/automatic mode through panel buttons, and the manual mode can directly adjust the output value.

    • Display switching: LCD can switch between digital display and bar chart display to view measurement values, set points, output percentages, etc.

  2. Key points of parameter configuration

    • Input configuration: Select signal type (e.g. 4-20 mA), set range upper and lower limits (e.g. 0-5000 ppm) and units.

    • Control parameters: Set P, I, and D parameters, select control mode (PID/two-state), and set manual/automatic switching conditions.

    • Alarm setting: Set upper/lower alarm thresholds for two relays and select alarm actions (such as contact closure/disconnection).

    • Communication parameters: Set baud rate (such as 9600 bps), address (1-247), and verification method (none/odd/even).

  3. Modbus remote configuration

    • Read measurement values, set points, and output status through Modbus RTU, and remotely modify control parameters and alarm thresholds.

    • Support batch downloading/uploading of parameters to simplify the configuration of multiple devices.

5、 Control and alarm functions

  1. control function

    • PID control: adapted to slow processes such as temperature and pressure, optimizing control effects through parameter self-tuning.

    • Two state/three state control: suitable for simple switch control, such as pump start stop and valve on/off.

    • Analog output (optional): 4-20 mA output, used to drive actuators such as regulating valves and frequency converters.

  2. alarm function

    • Two relays can be configured as upper limit, lower limit, and deviation alarms respectively, and the alarm actions can be customized (such as contact delay and self-locking).

    • The alarm status is displayed on LCD and output through relays, which can be linked to the upper computer or on-site sound and light alarms.

6、 Maintenance and fault diagnosis
