JT-3Ax Pipeline Leakage DetectorAccurately locate the location of the leakage point by picking up vibration signals generated by underground pressure pipeline damage and leakage through sensors.
Equipped with dual-mode sensor probes suitable for both inspection and positioning modes, achieving effective daily inspections and precise leak location.
There are 28 frequency band combinations in the design, and users can choose any one of them to detect leakage signals according to their actual needs, in order to meet the leakage detection needs of different materials/pipe diameters, and different working sections (buried media).
In order to eliminate the interference of electromagnetic signals and environmental noise on detection, the function of power frequency noise reduction (power frequency notch) is designed to eliminate power frequency interference; Provide environmental noise reduction function to reduce the impact of environmental interference on leak detection and localization.
In order to assist operators in comparing the effective leakage values of different detection points, an intelligent data analysis function has been designed. By statistically analyzing the minimum maximum value of the leaked sound, it is displayed on the instrument screen as effective value data and graphics to assist in positioning and judgment.
Designed with a USB communication interface, in conjunction with the software on the computer side of this product, for importing and detecting valid value data to meet further data analysis needs. In addition, with authorization from our company, product upgrades and replacements can also be achieved.
Afterwards, the leak detection operator was also provided with the function of judging the size of the leak through visual display and quantitative values. Therefore, the new three-dimensional methods of sound, data, graphics, etc. provide effective leak detection functions and rich operating methods.
