Established in 1957, Jouka GmbH designs and produces a wide range of high-quality ball valves. Its factory in Yl ö j ä rvi is located near Tampere, Finland. According to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), all Jouka valves have a serial number that allows for easy identification, traceability, and includes manufacturing process and related information

Jouka uses various special materials to manufacture valves to meet the needs of our customers. For example, valves can be made of stainless steel, duplex steel, or Hastelloy alloy. In addition, Jouka can supply valves equipped with chrome plated spheres to cope with harsh conditions.

Jouka provides customers with complete lifecycle support from preliminary design, even for the oldest valves, we offer spare parts supply services.

The core element of our company philosophy is that Jouka valves must be very easy to maintain and repair. For example, Jouka valves can be disassembled from pipelines without the need to remove flanges

Jouka develops and provides safety valve solutions for the process industry. For over 60 years, Jouka has been committed to helping customers find cost-effective customized and standard valve solutions for their specific applications. For process industry customers, we offer valves made of duplex steel and sealed with specially designed packing to prevent the processing medium from blocking the valve housing. Jouka also provides three-way valves and V-shaped drilling valves for process industry applications.
