Product Technical Characteristics

1. Wire wound fine filter (JN-I type) The filter element is made by precisely winding textile fiber yarn on a porous skeleton, controlling the winding density and pore shape of the filter layer to produce filter cartridges with different filtration accuracies. It has excellent deep filtration effect and good chemical compatibility. Filtering accuracy: 0.5um-100um.

2. Polypropylene fiber felt folding fine filter (JN-II type) The filter element is made of folded polypropylene ultrafine fiber felt. It has the characteristics of large processing capacity, high filtration efficiency, low resistance, no fiber shedding, and can be sterilized and disinfected. Filtering accuracy: 0.1um-100um.

3. Micro porous plastic filter cartridge fine filter (JN-III type)

The filter element is sintered from high molecular weight polyethylene, which has the advantages of good rigidity, light weight, high porosity, backwash regeneration, non toxicity, and corrosion resistance. Filtering accuracy: 0.5um-100um.
