Instructions for use

(1) Equipment assembly

Installation of iodine adsorber. During installation, the airflow direction of the car should be consistent with the direction indicated on the high-efficiency filter and iodine adsorber. The sealing gasket should be evenly compressed, and the compression amount should not be too large, preferably controlled at 40% -60%. If the sealing gasket is found to be damaged or lose elasticity, it should be replaced.

Installation of air ducts. When installing the air duct, a stainless steel hose clamp should be used to tightly connect the air duct to the air inlet of the trolley to ensure good sealing.

Installation of sealed doors. When installing the sealed door, use a fixed handwheel to tighten the seal.

(2) Use

In order to ensure the safe operation of JJH1200 iodine adsorption trolley, regular on-site inspection tests should be conducted after the trolley has been in use for a period of time.

The relative humidity of the airflow should be less than 50%, otherwise a drying device should be installed.

To ensure the normal use of the car, the pressure difference of the iodine adsorber should be monitored on a daily basis. If the display of the differential pressure gauge exceeds twice the initial resistance, it needs to be replaced, or if the radiation dose rate exceeds 250uSv/h, the iodine adsorber needs to be replaced.

(3) Disassemble the high-efficiency filter and iodine adsorber

Put on latex gloves, loosen the top tightening device, and remove the iodine adsorber from the rack.

Seal the extracted iodine adsorber with a plastic bag.
