JJ20 is a new type of impact testing machine that can instantly measure and record the characteristic curve of materials during the impact process. This machine can achieve two forms of testing: simply supported beam and cantilever beam, by replacing the pendulum and sample base.
At the moment of impact by the hammer, the impacted sample generates a signal through a high-speed load measurement sensor, which is amplified by a high-speed amplifier and quickly converted into a digital signal by A/D for data processing. At the same time, the angular displacement signal is detected and sent to the computer for data processing, with high accuracy.
3. The resolution is collected by a high-precision encoder with 10000 grid points, achieving a resolution of 1/65536.
4. The angle value can be directly displayed by the computer with an accuracy of 0.001 °.
5. The experimental data is automatically calculated by the computer, and the final results of "impact energy" and "impact strength" are displayed. It can be continuously hit up to 10 times, and the average value is calculated.
