JH60000 electrostatic generator

The JH60000 electrostatic generator is an electrostatic application device that functions by charging a material and adsorbing it onto the surface of another material for positioning, fixation, adsorption, and other purposes. It is mainly used in the transportation positioning, adsorption and edge pressing processes of printing and plastic processing, as well as the automatic film sticking process of flooring, glass, and stainless steel plastic plates. It is widely used in the fields of non-woven fabrics, spray painting, flocking, sorting, and biotechnology.

The electrostatic generator is composed of an electrostatic emitter and a high-voltage power supply. The high-voltage power supply provides negative (or positive) high voltage to the electrostatic emitter, causing it to emit negative (or positive) static electricity, which then charges the object or workpiece for process operations.
