DESCRIPTION

The Xinzhi JG-IA ultra-high pressure cell disruptor is a fast, convenient, and pollution-free cell lysis experimental instrument. During the operation, different pressures can be selected for different experiments, with a maximum pressure of 256Mpa (37120PSi), which meets the requirements of various cell wall breaking and sample nano homogeneity/dispersion. At the same time, it can achieve effective temperature control, thereby effectively obtaining the required substances inside the cell. It is particularly suitable for the fragmentation of animal and plant cells, bacteria, and concentrated samples.




Working principle

The JG-IA ultra-high pressure cell disruptor adopts hydraulic control and uses the principle of high pressure to compress and crush cells. The pressure in the cell chamber increases with the increase of hydraulic pressure. At the same time, the pressure of the cells in the cell chamber also increases. When the sample flows out from the release valve, the pressure on the outer side of the cell wall rapidly decreases. Due to the difference in pressure inside and outside the cell wall, the cell ruptures and releases the substances inside the cell (in simple terms, it is highly compressed, instantly expanded and released, leading to cell wall rupture).
