The Italian MP FILTRI filter bag is made of nylon mesh fabric, also known as nylon screen, nylon mesh, nylon screen. It is made of nylon 6 (PA6) monofilament woven by a flexible rapier loom, dyed (if necessary), and heat set. Made from chemically synthesized fibers, it belongs to the polyamide series.
Nylon wire mesh has high strength, good wear resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and durability. Due to its uniform diameter and smooth surface, it also has good ink permeability. Its disadvantage is that the nylon mesh has high stretchability. During a period of time after stretching, the tension of this wire mesh decreases, causing the screen printing plate to loosen and the accuracy to decrease. Therefore, it is not suitable for printing circuit boards with high dimensional accuracy requirements.
The Italian MP FILTRI stainless steel metal mesh filter bag has a very low flow resistance for surface filtration. The weaving methods used for filter materials include interwoven, twill, and linen types. Metal mesh filter materials are suitable for oil filters in hydraulic and lubrication systems, or for coarse filtration of high-speed fluids, or for safe filtration of coolant.
