Introduction：B-The beta lactase assay is a rapid test used to detect beta lactases, which can develop resistance in various Gram positive and Gram negative microorganisms.

Usage：

1. Preparation: Remove the required number of lactase detection strips from the freezer and allow them to reach room temperature.

2. Sample processing: Use a sterile ring to touch an isolated colony on the primary separation medium and apply it to the arrow indicated on the detection strip.

3. Testing: Place the inoculated test strip between the lid and base of an inverted culture dish, increase the humidity inside the dish, or directly wet the test strip and wait for the results.

4. Result interpretation: The positive reaction is manifested as the appearance of pink/red, and no color change is observed in microorganisms that do not produce β - lactase.
