Israel Ophir Laser Power Probe
Ophir Israel's new 70K-W 70000 watt laser power probe for 2025 is not just an intermediate model added between its 30000 watt and 120000 watt laser probes, but a brand new high-power laser probe with ingenuity and progress in many aspects.
70K-W laser power probe highlights:
For most laser research and production enterprises, the most common laser output direction is horizontal; For most laser industrial processing users, the most common laser output direction is vertical output from top to bottom. For these two types of customers, Ophir's new 70K-W laser power probe has achieved equal optimization in terms of the layout of cooling water inlet and outlet, signal and communication interface layout, frame shape and support foot design, etc. The probe is placed horizontally and vertically. And dual handles are designed to facilitate customers in switching between horizontal and vertical placement directions.
2. The probe comes standard with Ethernet port and RS-232 interface, making it convenient for customers to connect to a computer and achieve automatic detection and control.
3. Backscatter is only 0.5%, making the customer's usage environment safer.
4. Standard interlock signal output, OEM customers can use this signal to trigger protective mechanisms.
5. The built-in photodiode is used for real-time monitoring of laser power fluctuations, outputting an analog signal of about 0-70mV. The output change speed of this photoelectric analog signal is in the millisecond level, far faster than the 10s level power calibration response speed used for absolute power calibration. This photodiode can quickly respond to analog output and directly input it into third-party devices for real-time feedback and control of laser power.
In summary, as a brand new laser power probe, the 70K-W is not only suitable for monitoring the power and stability of laser power up to 70000 watts, but also very suitable for OEM users to integrate it into laser processing systems, achieving convenient, fast, and accurate monitoring, feedback, and real-time control of laser power and power stability.
