3Different composite materials
The surface of ordinary glass wool board generally does not have composite materials, or single-sided composite materials. Ordinary glass wool board composite materials mainly include aluminum foil and non-woven fabric, etc. Smoke proof glass wool board is generally made of single-sided composite aluminum foil or six sided wrapped aluminum foil.
Centrifugal glass wool board belongs to porous sound-absorbing materials and has good sound absorption function. The reason why centrifugal glass wool can absorb sound is not because, but because it has a large number of small pores and holes that are connected inside and outside. When the thickness continues to increase from 5cm, the low-frequency sound absorption coefficient gradually increases. When the bulk density approaches 110kg/m3, the maximum sound absorption function is achieved, and at a thickness of 50mm and a frequency of 125Hz, it approaches 0.6-0.7. When the bulk density exceeds 120kg/m3, the sound absorption function actually decreases due to becoming denser, which greatly affects the mid to high frequency sound absorption function. When the bulk density exceeds 300kg/m3, the sound absorption function decreases significantly.
