Introduction to fully automatic electrolytic salt sodium hypochlorite generator
Introduction to fully automatic electrolytic salt sodium hypochlorite generator
Sodium chlorate is a strong oxidant and disinfectant, which is produced by electrolyzing a dilute solution of industrial salt or seawater that is widely available and inexpensive, without a membrane. To ensure the freshness and high activity of sodium hypochlorite texture. To ensure the disinfection effect, this device adds sodium hypochlorite while it is being used. It has the same oxidizing and disinfecting properties as chlorine and its compounds.
With the widespread application of sodium hypochlorite generators, it is estimated that there are still many customers who are not familiar with their operation and maintenance. Below are some daily maintenance and upkeep measures for sodium hypochlorite generators in Jiangsu
1. During the electrolytic reaction process of the equipment, the effective chlorine content should be kept within one percent, because if the chlorine content is too high, it will not only affect the reaction results of the treatment, but also the service life of the electrode.
2. In daily use, due to the high content of calcium and iron ions in water in some areas, impurities such as CACO3 and Fe (oH) 3 may appear during electrolysis. These impurities in water may cause short circuits between the anode and cathode or even breakdown of the electrode. So, users should regularly clean their equipment according to the local water quality situation, keep the equipment clean, and avoid the accumulation of impurities.
3. When cleaning the titanium anode used in the sodium hypochlorite generator, be sure to handle it gently. When cleaning, use a brush to gently sweep away surface dirt and avoid scratching with sharp objects to avoid damaging the surface coating of the titanium anode.
4. During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to frequently observe whether the point current and voltage of the equipment are within the specified range. Timely monitor the flow of hydrochloric acid solution and cooling water to prevent blockage.
5. After running for twenty hours, the equipment needs to be shut down for inspection. The saltwater valve of the equipment should be closed, the gas in the electrolytic cell should be emptied, and the flushing valve should be opened for flushing. After flushing, close the flushing valve and drain it, open the saltwater valve, and prepare the equipment for start-up.
6. The sodium hypochlorite generator should be installed in a well ventilated and well lit indoor environment during installation, and the surrounding area should be kept clean without any debris piled up. The hydrogen exhaust pipeline should be placed outdoors, and open flames or other sources of ignition should be avoided around it. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited indoors.
