1、 Product technology positioning
The STUWE series products focus on the core requirements of connecting, fixing, and braking mechanical transmission systems, covering four major categories of key components, all of which have high precision, high reliability, and maintenance free characteristics, and can be adapted to industrial grade heavy-duty and high-speed working conditions:
STUWE shrink disc: As a high-precision shaft hub connection component, its core function is to achieve torque transmission and component positioning;
STUWE expansion sleeve: an elastic locking connector used for interference fit fixation of shafts and wheel hubs;
STUWE braking system: mechanical transmission safety control module, capable of providing precise braking torque;
STUWE shaft nut: a high-precision locking component that adapts to the axial fixing requirements of shaft components.
2、 Core technical parameters and characteristics of HSD type shrink disc
1. Structure and working principle
HSD type shrink disc is a detachable hollow shaft shaft connection component, which adopts a press fit interference fit design. Through pre tightening force, the shrink disc produces radial elastic deformation, achieving seamless fit between the shaft and the hub, and thus stably transmitting torque. Its structural characteristics endow the product with three core advantages:
Maintenance free feature: The interference fit surface has excellent sealing performance and is not easily corroded by pollutants such as dust and oil, reducing maintenance costs in the later stage;
High coaxiality: The coaxiality error between the rear axle and the wheel hub during assembly is small, fully meeting the accuracy requirements of precision transmission scenarios;
Detachable design: Simply remove the pre tightened bolts to separate the components, greatly facilitating the maintenance and repair process of the equipment.

Torque transmission capability: Suitable for high torque working conditions, the torque transmission range of a single set of shrink discs covers 1000N · m~50000N · m (specific values depend on model specifications);
Adaptive speed: Supports high-speed operation scenarios, with a speed of up to 3000r/min (to be confirmed based on actual shaft diameter and installation method);
Material characteristics: The main body is made of 42CrMo alloy steel, which has been quenched and tempered to a hardness of HRC28~32, possessing high strength, high toughness, and excellent fatigue resistance;
Corrosion resistance: The surface is treated with galvanized passivation, and the salt spray test life is ≥ 48 hours, which can adapt to various harsh industrial environments.

3、 Technical selection suggestions
Torque matching: The corresponding model should be selected based on 1.2~1.5 times the actual working torque of the equipment to ensure reliable operation under overload conditions;
Shaft diameter adaptation: It is necessary to ensure that the fit tolerance between the shaft and the hub meets the H7/k6 standard, in order to avoid affecting the use effect due to excessive fit clearance or interference fit;
Installation requirements: Pre tightened bolts should be tightened with a torque wrench according to the specified torque (please refer to the product technical manual for specific values) to ensure uniform deformation of the shrink disc and ensure connection accuracy;
Environmental adaptation: If the application scenario is in a high temperature (>120 ℃) or corrosive environment, customized models with special material coatings need to be selected to meet environmental adaptability requirements.
